Paper Round: Paris Saint-Germain target Pep Guardiola

PSG want Pep Guardiola, the Sanchez-Mkhitaryan deal will soon be complete, Spurs are favourites for Malcolm, and Chelsea line up Luis Enrique.

PSG target Guardiola switch
Paris Saint-Germain are targeting Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola as their next manager. With Guardiola rarely staying too long at his former clubs - four years at Barcelona and three at Bayern Munich - they think they can tempt the Spaniard to France when his current deal at The Etihad ends in 16 months. They have Neymar, and countless riches, to use to bring him to the club.

Sanchez-Mkhitaryan switch poised to go through
The proposed swap between Manchester United and Arsenal for Alexis Sanchez and Henrikh Mhkitaryan appears close to completion after the Armenian midfielder said a "tearful goodbye" to colleagues at United's training ground yesterday. Mkhitaryan's move was held up by negotiations by his agent Mino Raiola, but any concerns seem to have been resolved.

Malcolm (Bordeaux) et Luiz Araujo (Lille)
Spurs emerge as favourites for Malcolm
Tottenham Hotspur appear to be Malcolm's likeliest next destination, with the Brazilian 20-year-old likely to stay Bordeaux for the rest of the season before joining in the summer for a fee of around £40m. Arsenal and Manchester United were both reported as interested in the playmaker, but Arsenal want more established players, and United have probably secured Alexis Sanchez.
Luis Enrique, Manager of FC Barcelona celebrates with the trophy after winning the Copa Del Rey Final
Enrique lined up as Conte replacement
Chelsea are considering replacing current coach Antonio Conte with ex-Barcelona manager Luis Enrique. Former Chelsea defender Juliano Belletti would join him as director of football, as Roman Abramovich wants to recreate the style of play seen at Barcelona. Conte's contract only runs until the end of next season, and is unhappy with a lack of signings.
